Sophia Alexandra Hall @sophiahallsax has created a YouTube channel "Care Leaver Sophia." Sophia started the channel because "when I first went into care, I searched for advice videos online, but found none. I want to show that even though the care system can be really scary, it doesn't always have to be."
The Channel will aim to give advice to Foster Kids on a whole host of topics from "How to survive your first foster placement" to "Coping with Mental Health in the system" to "LGBTQ+ & Foster Care" - keep an eye out for Sophia's upcoming videos and follow her on Twitter @sophiahallsax
