We use your name, address, telephone number and any email address, plus any relevant info you provide us with to provide our services to you.
What we do with your data
All the personal information you provide to us via the website mailing list, forum or buying tickets for events, making donations or other responses online is kept securely within our website provider and email system accessed by a limited number of the conference organising members.
Our data is held in Europe and no third parties can access this data unless the law allows them to do so. We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data. We may share your details for your personal safety or in an emergency, for example with the emergency services.
How long we keep your data
We will keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. We may occasionally ask you to confirm your information is correct and use any annual or other length membership renewal forms to ensure the data we hold is accurate and up to date.
What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the information we hold on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated.
What we would also like to do with your data
We would, however, like to use your name, and email address to inform you of future events or happenings e.eg. policy changes and consultations, to send you newsletters or to obtain service feedback. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time.
